The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) serves as the independent regional agency responsible for transportation planning in Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties. With an area spanning over 3,000 square miles and a population of almost 1.4 million, the TPO plays a vital role in ensuring efficient transportation operations in the region.

In 2008, the transportation planning organization hired HDco as its Agency of Record. The Director of Marketing aimed to modernize the brand by introducing a new logo, corporate identity, brand standards, signage, stationery, brochure, and advertising. The primary objective of this campaign was to encourage public participation in its public planning events and coordinate the vision for multi-modal transportation among organizations such as the JTA and Florida TPO. The campaign was a phenomenal success, winning awards for innovation and creativity.
